I’m Leigh, the founder of WorkWise Solutions. I’ve spent my career studying how people learn, perform, and interact with technology.

I became fascinated with generative AI early on, not as a replacement for human intellect, but as the most powerful tool ever created to amplify it. My job is to be the bridge between your unique expertise and the transformative potential of artificial intelligence.

Our philosophy

I founded WorkWise Solutions based on a simple truth I learned during my PhD in Psychology: the best tool is useless if people won’t, or can’t, use it. In high-stakes professions like law, finance, and consulting, off-the-shelf AI often creates more friction than it removes. It doesn’t understand your context, your standards, or the way your best people think.

We exist to fix that. We don’t sell software; we build targeted AI solutions that work as a natural extension of your team’s expertise.
