Usually not, and we will tell you if it is premature. Most build clients arrive after a Deal Team Intensive, a Sprint, a Rollout, or retainer build slots surfaced a workflow that deserves dedicated software. Intensive and Sprint fees credit in full toward any engagement of $25,000+ booked within 90 days, which includes builds.
Do we own the result?
Completely. Source code, documentation, and IP transfer at deployment. No vendor lock-in, no recurring license fees for what we built.
What about our data?
Zero-retention architecture: your data is processed, never stored, and never trains public models. Security architecture, access controls, and an audit trail are part of the build, not an add-on.
