Firm AI Rollout
We configure and govern the AI platform your firm has chosen, or help choose it. Tenant setup, deal-data segregation, MNPI rules, connectors to your data sources, a starter skills library, and the governance documentation behind it all. Three to six weeks, priced by firm size from $25,000.
Buying licenses is the easy part. The hard part is everything the license does not include: who can see what, where deal data is allowed to go, which connectors are safe, and what you tell an LP who asks how it is governed. That gap is why most firm AI deployments stall at the chat window.
Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude, or Gemini. We work on your stack.

Priced by Firm Size, Fixed Once Confirmed
Delivery effort scales with headcount: more seats, more permissions, more cohorts of champions, more committees. The brackets sit where the effort actually steps. No other variables move the price.
| Firm size | Fixed price |
|---|---|
| 1-10 people | $25,000 |
| 11-25 people | $30,000 |
| 26-60 people | $35,000 |
| 61-150 people | $40,000 |
| 151-500 people | By proposal |
Four Platforms, One Discipline
The track changes the console we configure; the discipline does not. Every rollout gets the same security, governance, and adoption structure.
Claude Enterprise
Workspace configuration, Projects structure for deal teams, skills and connector setup (data room, document stores), and Claude-in-Excel workflows where licensed.
Microsoft 365 Copilot
Tenant and SharePoint permission hygiene first (Copilot inherits every oversharing mistake), then agents, Excel workflows, and governance via Purview.
ChatGPT Enterprise
Workspace setup, GPTs and connector configuration, data controls and retention settings, and admin analytics wired for the usage reviews.
Gemini
Workspace integration, access and data-region controls, Gems and workflow setup across Docs, Sheets, and Gmail.
The Rollout, End to End
Three to six weeks from scoping call to go-live, with 30 days of post-launch support after.
Not included: team-wide skills training. That is Training & Enablement. Training changes what your people can do; Rollout changes what your platform can do safely. Booking a Rollout plus a Guided Launch together carries about a 10% incentive.

Book a Rollout If...
You bought enterprise licenses and they are still configured the way they arrived.
Deal data and AI tools currently coexist on trust rather than on access controls.
The Sprint (or your own analysis) picked a platform and now somebody has to make it real.
IT is capable but has never configured this platform for a private-markets workflow.
You want connectors to the data room and fund admin, not just a chat box.
An LP DDQ asked how the platform is governed and the answer needs to be a document, not a meeting.
Rollout FAQ
We have not picked a platform yet. Where do we start?
With the AI Readiness Sprint ($8,500). Its vendor-neutral decision memo compares Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude, and Gemini against your workflows and security posture. The Sprint fee credits in full toward the Rollout.
What exactly does the price depend on?
Headcount bracket only: $25,000 (1-10), $30,000 (11-25), $35,000 (26-60), $40,000 (61-150), by proposal above that. The bracket is confirmed on the scoping call and the price does not move afterward.
Why not just have IT do it?
IT can run the console. What they have usually not done before is decide where MNPI may flow, how deal teams should be walled from each other, which connectors are safe for fund data, and what governance documentation allocators expect. That judgment is the product; the configuration is how it ships.
What happens after the 30 days of support?
Either your team runs it with the admin handbook, or the AI Operating Partner retainer takes over: usage reviews, build slots, platform watch, and governance maintenance, month after month.
