AI Your Deal Team Will Actually Use

AI for Private Equity,
Built to Be Adopted

Most AI projects fail on adoption, not technology. We train your deal team, govern the rollout, and build the system that makes your firm AI-native, on your stack.

Start Where You Are

Four Doors, Priced on the Door

Pick the situation that sounds like yours. Each starts small and delivers something real. The briefing fee credits toward any program, and Intensive and Sprint fees credit toward any engagement of $25,000+, in each case booked within 90 days.

Want the full deep dive before you commit to training or a build? The Comprehensive Discovery Sprint ($30,000) bundles the readiness assessment, a complete governance framework, and a hands-on pilot on your own workflows, and credits in full toward the engagement that follows.

Two deadlines just passed. The amended Reg S-P took effect for sub-$1.5B advisers on June 3, 2026, and AI is named in the SEC's 2026 exam priorities.

The Problem

Why AI Projects Fail

Most AI implementations fail not because of technology - but because of broken workflows and poor adoption strategies.

The Friction Problem
  • Generic AI tools
That don't understand how you actually make decisions
  • People not using the tool
Teams who see AI as disruption, not assistance
  • Workflow disruption
That creates more work instead of eliminating it
The WorkWise Solution
  • AI inside your existing tools
Works where your team already works. No new platforms
  • Built around how you work
We study your team's actual workflow before writing a line of code
  • We help your team actually use it
    Through psychology and hands-on support
  • Enterprise-Grade Security
Your data is never stored or used to train public models. You control your data, always.
How We Engage

Start Small. Climb When It Pays.

Every relationship starts at one of the four doors: a $5,000 Screening Report, a $7,500 Executive Briefing, an $8,500 Readiness Sprint, or the $12,500 SEC Governance Package. Here is where they lead.

Train

Every Number Published

The four doors, the path up, and the rules we price by: one published price per offer, no pricing-after-review anywhere.

The boundary that keeps it honest: Training changes what your people can do; Rollout changes what your platform can do safely. The Operating Partner keeps both moving, month after month.

Platform-Neutral, on Purpose

Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini. We Work on Your Stack.

In May 2026, Blackstone, Hellman & Friedman, and Goldman Sachs put $1.5 billion into a joint venture with Anthropic to push AI through their portfolios. The largest funds are buying exclusive capability.

Everyone else needs the same discipline without the exclusivity: an independent specialist with no platform to sell, working on whatever stack the firm chooses. That is the job we built WorkWise to do.

Our Process

How It Works

A streamlined engagement model designed for rapid deployment and measurable results.

Step One

Book a Call

We start with an introductory call to dive into your requirements, perform a preliminary audit of your needs, and see if our services are the right fit.

Step Two

Share Your Vision

Don't have a clear vision yet? We'll help you explore the art of the possible with AI. Once defined, we analyze your goals and constraints, break the project into tasks, and start implementing.

Step Three

Continuous Results

Our team effectively solves your tasks and implements AI as a strategic asset, ensuring it becomes an integral part of your company's workflow.

Step Four

Enjoy the Growth

Our results drive your business growth. We offer detailed instructions, training, and tech support to maximize our work's value long-term.

Proof, Not Promises

We Benchmarked Ourselves in Public

Most consultants show you logos. We ran our research engine head-to-head against ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini on the same SEC-registered public company, and published every finding. You can check our work line by line.

One SEC-registered public company. Four AI research engines, including ours. Every finding scored and published, including the ones we lost. That is the standard we think research vendors should be held to.

FAQ

What does it cost to start?

Every offer has a published price. The four entry points: Screening Report $5,000, Executive Briefing $7,500, AI Readiness Sprint $8,500, SEC AI Governance Package $12,500. The briefing fee credits toward any program, and Intensive and Sprint fees credit toward any engagement of $25,000+, in each case booked within 90 days. The full menu is on the pricing page.

How fast can we start?

Screening Reports start on payment and deliver in 5 business days. Workshops and Sprints typically start within two weeks of the scoping call.

What if our team uses different AI tools?

Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude, or Gemini. We work on your stack. Training labs, rollouts, and the retainer's analytics and platform watch are all vendor-neutral, and the Sprint's platform recommendation is delivered in writing with no thumb on the scale.

How does pricing work for a firm our size?

Training and research are flat-priced: cohort caps and per-company units do the work. Only the Firm AI Rollout, the AI Operating Partner retainer, and the Sprint scale with firm size, and those brackets are published on each page.

How do you prevent AI errors and hallucinations?

Human-in-the-loop checkpoints are designed into every workflow we train or build. Critical outputs require approval; lower-risk tasks get monitoring.

Is our data safe?

Zero-retention architecture: your proprietary data never trains public models and nothing persists after processing. Rollouts add deal-data segregation, MNPI rules, and access controls on your own tenant. We integrate with your existing infrastructure (Bloomberg, Salesforce, data rooms, fund admin platforms) rather than forcing new ones.

Founder & Principal Consultant

"Dr. Coney bridges the gap between Silicon Valley capability and Wall Street rigor. I focus on decision-making frameworks in high-stakes environments - where the cost of error is measured in millions, and adoption resistance can kill even the most sophisticated technology."

For over a decade, I've studied how humans interact with emerging technology - particularly in high-stakes environments where the cost of error is measured in millions, and adoption resistance can kill even the most sophisticated systems. My research focuses on decision-making frameworks that bridge the gap between AI capability and real-world usage.

I founded WorkWise Solutions to solve the problem that keeps me up at night: brilliant AI systems that never get used. Understanding the human dynamics of adoption is as critical as the technical architecture - especially when working with senior partners and investment committees. We don't just build AI - we ensure it becomes an invisible, indispensable part of how your team works.
