Two to three weeks for a single firm through our Discovery Sprint. That includes stakeholder interviews, data infrastructure review, gap analysis, and a scored report with prioritized recommendations.
For portfolio-wide assessments, we run 2-3 week sprints per company -- staggered or in parallel depending on your timeline. A five-company portfolio typically takes six to eight weeks when we run two assessments at a time.
