How long does an AI readiness assessment take?
Two to three weeks for a single firm through our Discovery Sprint. That includes stakeholder interviews, data infrastructure review, gap analysis, and the final scored report with prioritized recommendations.
For portfolio-wide assessments covering multiple companies, we run 2-3 week sprints per company. These can be staggered or run in parallel depending on your timeline and how quickly you need the portfolio-level view. A five-company portfolio typically takes six to eight weeks when we run two assessments at a time.
The deliverable is a scored assessment with a prioritized action plan, not a generic report that sits on a shelf. Every recommendation maps to a specific business outcome so your operating partners know exactly what to do next and why it matters.
