We assess each dimension across your portfolio companies and score them on a Ready / Developing / Not Ready scale. The output is not a vague maturity model. It is a prioritized action plan that tells you which companies are ready for AI investment right now and which need preparation first.

The assessment identifies specific use cases for each company based on their readiness level, so you can allocate AI spending where it will actually produce returns. Most assessments take 2-3 weeks through our Discovery Sprint, and the $30K Sprint fee credits 100% toward any build engagement.
