What should AI consulting for PE firms include?
At minimum, five things: an assessment of where AI fits your workflow, a financial model showing expected ROI, a technical architecture that meets fiduciary security requirements, an implementation plan with timelines, and a behavioral adoption strategy so your team actually uses what gets built.
Many firms deliver the first three and skip the last two. That is why most AI projects stall at 20% adoption. The technology works fine. The team just never changes how they operate. If your consultant does not have a plan for getting analysts, associates, and partners to use the tool every day, you are buying expensive software that collects dust.
We build adoption into the architecture from the start. That is the difference between a system your team uses and a system your team ignores.
