Pricing FAQ
How does pricing work for a firm our size?
Training and research are flat-priced: cohort caps and per-company units do the work. Only the Rollout, the retainer, and the Sprint scale with firm size, and their brackets are printed above and on each page. We do not size-price everything because that would punish exactly the small firms we built this for.
What is the cheapest way to start?
The $5,000 Screening Report (buyable without a call) or the $8,500 Sprint. Both are real work products, not teasers, and the Sprint fee credits forward in full.
How fast can we start?
Screening Reports start on payment and deliver in 5 business days. Briefings and intensives typically run within two weeks of the scoping call. Sprints start within two weeks and take 1 to 2 weeks.
What if our team uses different AI tools?
Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude, or Gemini: we work on your stack. Nothing on this page is platform-dependent.
Are there discounts?
