AI Training That Runs on Your Own Deals

Five programs, one rule: every session is hands-on, on the tools your team will use the next morning. A 90-minute briefing to start, a deal-team intensive to go deep, a guided firm-wide launch, and onboarding for each new class. Each has its own page and a fixed price below.

Most AI training fails the Monday test: the session was interesting, and on Monday everyone goes back to working exactly as before. Ours is built backward from Monday. Participants leave with workflows already running on their own documents, on their own stack.

We work on your stack: Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude, or Gemini. Many of our private-markets clients are standardizing on Claude and its Cowork desktop agent, so the examples often use that setup, but the program runs on whichever platform you have chosen. Live virtual sessions in 90-minute to two-hour blocks, capped for real coaching and recorded for anyone pulled onto a live deal.

Not sure training is the right first step? Many firms start with the Comprehensive Discovery Sprint ($30,000): a full readiness assessment, a governance framework, and a hands-on pilot, so the training that follows lands on a platform and a set of workflows you have already chosen. Its fee credits toward the engagement that follows.

How Every Engagement Works

Before

A short survey to participants and one or two prep calls covering your AI plan, seats, and where time goes. Your IT enables the desktop agent, AI in Excel, and the connectors you license; we verify logins before session one.

Materials: start synthetic, go real

Briefings and the Guided Launch week run on a synthetic deal pack, so there is nothing to clear with legal. Intensives and the retainer run on your own redacted deal material under NDA, mapped to your NDA, data-room, and expert-network terms first.

During

Live virtual sessions in 90-minute to two-hour blocks, roughly 70% hands-on, cohort caps enforced, recorded. Verification lives inside the workflow: review gates before anything reaches the IC, and source and file trails on every deliverable.

After

Your prompt and workflow library packaged for reuse, session recordings, a one-page playbook per role, 30 days of async office hours, and a 30-day usage check-in. Every program closes with a partner readout; impact is measured with a pre and post AI Readiness Diagnostic.

The boundary that keeps it honest: Training changes what your people can do; a Firm AI Rollout changes what your platform can do safely. Firms that need both usually run them together.

When the Firm Is Up to Speed

Then Point It at the Portfolio

The same playbook extends to your portfolio companies: leadership briefings and functional workshops run per company, with a cross-portfolio adoption scorecard for the sponsor. A conversation for after the firm engagement lands, and it pairs with the Portfolio-Company AI Assessment: assess first, train the ones worth training.

Bespoke workshops and programs, scoped to your situation, are also available on request.

Frequently Asked Questions

Training FAQ

Which program should we start with?

Almost everyone starts with the Executive Briefing: $7,500, and the fee credits in full toward any program booked within 90 days. From there it is the Deal Team Intensive to get one team working, the Guided Launch to roll out firm-wide, and Associate Class Onboarding for each new class.

Does training really run on our own documents?

Briefings and the Guided Launch week run on a synthetic deal pack. The Deal Team Intensive and the retainer run on your own redacted deal material under NDA, mapped to your NDA, data-room, and expert-network terms first.

What platform do you train on?

Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude, or Gemini. We work on your stack; the program runs on whatever you have licensed.

Do fees credit toward bigger engagements?

The Executive Briefing fee credits in full toward any program booked within 90 days. Deal Team Intensive fees credit in full toward any engagement of $25,000 or more booked within 90 days.

What happened to the Enablement Program?

It moved inside the AI Operating Partner retainer, whose first quarter now runs as a structured accelerator. Same intensity, but it keeps compounding instead of ending when the cohort does.
