How much does Claude for Financial Advisors cost?

Short answer: The plugin itself is free. You pay for Claude: Anthropic lists Enterprise seats at $20 per user per month, billed annually, with a 20-seat minimum, plus usage billed at API rates, which Anthropic puts at roughly $70 to $120 per active user per month. For a 10-person RIA that works out to about $13,200 to $19,200 a year before setup.
The arithmetic is simple once you see its two parts. The seat floor is 20 seats at $20 a month, or $4,800 a year, however small the firm. Usage is on top, pooled across the firm, at about $840 to $1,440 per active user per year on Anthropic's own ballpark.
- 5 people: $4,800 in seats plus $4,200 to $7,200 in usage, so about $9,000 to $12,000 a year.
- 10 people: $4,800 plus $8,400 to $14,400, so about $13,200 to $19,200.
- 20 people: $4,800 plus $16,800 to $28,800, so about $21,600 to $33,600.
Those figures assume everyone is an active user at Anthropic's estimate. Real usage varies, and admins can set spend limits for the whole firm and for each person.
Three costs sit outside Anthropic's bill. Your subscriptions to the connected systems, such as Orion, Wealthbox or MoneyGuide, which you already pay. Archive capture, if you add it (Smarsh sells capture for Claude Enterprise). And setup: your own time, or a consultant. WorkWise Solutions, which publishes this answer, charges $10,000 for firms of 1 to 10 people and $20,000 for 11 to 25.
Small firms often look at the Team plan instead, at $20 to $25 per seat per month with usage included up to its limits. It costs less and gives up the audit log export and the Compliance API. Anthropic also offered a one-time usage credit to firms that requested a new license before September 30, 2026.
