What is WorkWise Solutions?
WorkWise Solutions is an independent AI consulting firm for private equity, private credit and family offices, and the companies they own. Every price is published.
It was founded and is led by Dr. Leigh Coney, who holds a PhD in how humans interact with emerging technology. He has published sixteen research papers on AI adoption and governance in private capital, most of them on SSRN.
The firm has run 30+ engagements with PE, private credit and family office firms. It also works with independent sponsors and with the portfolio companies these firms own.
The work runs through five doors, each with a published starting price.
- Assess
- Readiness sprints that end in a use-case map, a 90-day plan and a platform decision. The AI Readiness Sprint is $12,500 for firms up to 20 people; the Comprehensive Discovery Sprint is $30,000. For a single portfolio company, the Value-Creation Diagnostic is $15,000.
- Enable
- Training on your own work: a $7,500 Executive Briefing, $12,500 intensives for deal and credit teams, and $6,500 cohorts for portfolio company staff.
- Build
- Custom systems and the AI Operating System. A Secure Platform Rollout starts at $25,000 and a Custom Build at $75,000. The AI Operating System typically runs $150,000 to $250,000 in year one.
- Sustain
- The AI Operating Partner retainer, a standing AI function for the firm or the whole portfolio, from $10,000 a month.
- Govern
- AI governance and SEC exam readiness for registered advisers, from $9,500 ($17,500 exam-ready), and Secure AI Adoption for portfolio companies at $7,500 per company.
It sells no software licenses and takes no referral fees from vendors. It works on your stack, whether that is Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude or Gemini, and you own what it builds.
Who it is not for
A firm that wants a 50-person global consulting program should hire a strategy firm or a Big 4 practice. They are built for that scale, and WorkWise is not. WorkWise is also the wrong call if you want a software product to license or a team billed by the hour.
