From One Workflow to a System You Own
We build custom AI systems for private equity, private credit, and the companies they own. Everything starts from a shared foundation, a secure platform and a governed data layer, then becomes systems built for your work: a deal screener, a covenant tracker, a portfolio nerve center. The galleries below are real custom builds, not an off-the-shelf catalog.
Custom AI systems for private equity rarely fail because the model is not smart enough. They fail because nobody decided which workflow to fix first, and the data underneath was a mess. So we start small and concrete: one workflow, on your stack, on your data.
Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude, or Gemini. We work on your stack.

What Everything Plugs Into
These four cut across every audience. Whatever you build sits on a platform, reads from a data layer, and ships either as one module (a Custom Build) or as the whole governed system (the AI Operating System). Get the foundation right and each module after it gets cheaper.
Secure Platform Rollout
Your chosen platform configured and governed: tenant, security, connectors, starter skills, documentation. The ground everything else stands on.
Data Foundation
A governed, unified layer the AI can actually read. Connectors, document pipelines, permissions, audit. Every module plugs into it.
AI Operating System
The whole firm and its portfolio companies made AI-native: secure foundation, data layer, modules, and agents in one governed system you own.
Custom Build
One workflow that earned its own software, built fixed-scope on your stack. Scoping sprint included, 60-day warranty, your IP at handoff.
Built for the Investment Side
Systems we have built for deal teams, investor relations, and the investment process at PE firms, family offices, and independent sponsors. Most are scoped per firm. Two of them, the Screening Report and AI Diligence, are productized with a fixed price.
Market & Deal Radar
Continuous scan of filings, news, and broker flow to surface high-fit targets before they reach a banker's list.
AI Deal Screener
CIMs and data rooms read in hours, not weeks: a first-pass screen, the red flags, and the questions to ask next.
Deal Execution Copilot
Diligence trackers, IC memo drafts, and workstream summaries pulled straight from the live deal room.
Portfolio Nerve Center
One view across every position: financials, covenants, KPIs, and the alerts that matter, refreshed automatically.
Investor Reporting Engine
Quarterly letters, capital account statements, and LP DDQ answers drafted from your own numbers.
Public Markets Engine
Standing coverage of public names: comps, competitors, acquirers, and the events that move them.
Thematic Research Autopilot
A sector thesis kept current: new entrants, deals, and signals gathered and summarized on a schedule.
Screening Report
A 30+ page report on one public company with 800+ cited sources: comps, competitors, acquirers, take-privates. Buyable without a call.
AI Diligence
What AI will do to a target's business: a vulnerability assessment, an opportunity map, and an IC-ready memo section, on deal timeline.
Built for the Credit Team
Systems we have built for direct lenders and private credit funds: a continuous read on borrowers, the covenants in the book, and the memos the committee reads. All scoped per firm.
Borrower Intelligence
A continuous read on each borrower: financials, news, filings, and early-warning signals in one view for the credit team.
Covenant Tracking
Every covenant in the book watched against the latest reporting, with breaches flagged before the quarter closes.
Portfolio Risk Monitoring
Position-level risk across the loan book, refreshed automatically, with deterioration patterns surfaced early.
Credit-Memo Automation
First-draft credit memos built from the data room and financials, structured the way your committee reads them.
Built Inside the Operating Companies
Value creation does not stop at the fund. These are systems we have built inside the operating companies a GP owns, where the AI works on the portco's own systems and data. All scoped per firm.
Finance Back-Office
Invoice processing, reconciliations, and month-end close, sped up with AI inside the portco's own systems.
Roll-Up Standardization
One reporting standard across acquired entities, so the platform's numbers actually compare.
Contract Intelligence
Customer and vendor contracts read at scale: renewal dates, terms, and risk pulled into one tracker.
QBR & Flash Reports
Board-ready QBRs and weekly flash reports drafted from operating data, not rebuilt by hand every time.
Post-Merger Integration
The first-100-days integration run with AI: systems mapped, data merged, duplicates and gaps found.
Sales-Call Coaching
Recorded calls scored against what good looks like, with specific coaching notes for each rep.
Board Pack
The monthly board pack assembled from source systems: narrative drafted, charts built, ready for review.
Every system above was built for a specific firm, on its data, inside its workflow. None of them are sold off the shelf, and none are downloadable products with a license fee. Treat the galleries as proof of what is possible, not a menu to order from.
The right starting point is usually one workflow, not a platform. Pick the thing that costs your team the most time or carries the most risk, and we build that first.
One Door of Five
Building is the middle of the path, not the start. The door before it decides what is worth building. The door after it keeps what you built alive as the tools underneath keep changing.
Assess: Is It Worth Building?
The earlier door. What is worth building, what the return looks like, and what has to be true first. Start here if the workflow is not obvious yet.
Sustain: Keep It Running
The next door. Models change, prices drop, APIs break. Sustain keeps what you built current, adopted, and worth the maintenance.
Build FAQ
Do you sell these off the shelf?
No. Every system on this page was built for one firm, on its data, inside its workflow. The galleries are examples of what is possible, not products to order. When we build for you, it is scoped to your firm and you own the result.
Where should we start?
Almost never with a full build. Start with the one workflow that costs your team the most time or carries the most risk. Most firms get there through a Readiness Sprint or a Deal Team Intensive first, then build once the workflow is proven. If you already know the workflow and the platform, a Custom Build is the path.
What is the difference between a module and the AI Operating System?
A module is one capability: a deal screener, a covenant tracker, a reporting engine. The AI Operating System is the whole governed system those modules live inside: a secure platform, a unified data layer, multiple modules, and the agents that connect them, run across the firm and its portfolio companies. You can build one module now and grow into the system, or scope the system up front.
Who owns what you build?
You do, completely. Source code, configuration, documentation, and IP transfer to you. No vendor lock-in, no recurring license on your own software. The AI Operating Partner retainer can keep it current as models change, but that is your choice, not a dependency.
Not Sure What to Build First?
Take the diagnostic, or book 30 minutes and tell us the workflow that hurts most. We will point you at the smallest thing worth building.
