Claude Consultant for Firms New to AI
WorkWise Solutions is a Claude consultant for private equity firms, family offices, private credit funds, RIAs and the companies PE firms own. We set Claude up, teach your people on their own documents and leave someone inside who owns it, at fixed prices published on our pricing page, from a $7,500 leadership briefing to a full rollout from $25,000.
Most firms that call us have barely started. A few people use a personal ChatGPT or Claude account, nobody is sure what may go into it, and the partners want an answer before the next LP or board meeting asks.
That is a good place to start from. There is nothing to unwind, so the first month goes into the work your people already do every week.

What a Claude Consultant Does, in Plain Words
Claude is Anthropic's AI assistant. It reads long documents, drafts memos and letters, works through spreadsheets and, in its desktop app, can carry out multi-step tasks on files you give it access to. A Claude consultant makes that useful and safe for your firm in five steps: find the few jobs worth handing over, pick the right plan, set the data and privacy settings before anyone logs in, teach each team on its own redacted documents, and leave one person inside who owns it.
If you are not sure Claude is the right tool, we answer that first, vendor-neutrally, across Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft 365 Copilot and Gemini. The longer version is in what an AI consultant actually does.
Pick Your Starting Point
Find the line that sounds like your firm. Every price is fixed before work starts.
| Where you are | First step | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Leadership wants to understand AI before anyone else touches it. | Executive Briefing: 90 minutes, up to 50 people, a decision memo after | $7,500 |
| You have not picked a platform yet: Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot or Gemini. | AI Readiness Sprint: platform decision, first jobs, 90-day roadmap | $12,500 (up to 20 people) |
| You chose Claude and want it set up properly for a fund or family office. | Claude rollout: plan, settings, connectors, starter skills, training | $25,000 to $40,000 by firm size |
| You run an RIA and want Claude for Financial Advisors. | Claude for Financial Advisors setup: connected and supervised | $10,000 or $20,000 |
| You already pay for Claude and only a few people use it. | Deal Team or Credit-Team Intensive on your own documents | $12,500 |
| You run a portfolio company, or own several. | Secure AI Adoption plus a training cohort, or the Portfolio AI Program | $7,500 + $6,500, or from $25,000 a company |
Credits and licenses. The Executive Briefing fee credits in full toward any program booked within 90 days, and the Readiness Sprint fee credits toward any engagement of $25,000 or more booked within 90 days. Claude licenses are separate and bought from Anthropic; we sell none and take no referral fee. A full year's budget, seats included, is worked through in what it costs to implement Claude.
What Is Left When We Finish
A Claude engagement should leave your firm able to run it without us. These are the things you keep.
Not included: Claude licenses (bought from Anthropic) and legal advice (your counsel and compliance team own interpretation).
- ✓A plan decision in writing. Team or Enterprise, how many seats, and why. Personal Pro and Max accounts run on consumer terms, so they are kept away from client and deal data.
- ✓A one-page data rule. What may go into Claude, what never does, and who to ask when unsure.
- ✓A dated record of every setting. Retention, chat ratings, which features are on, and who approved each change.
- ✓Connections to where your documents live. Your document store and email first, read-only until you decide otherwise.
- ✓Shared projects and skills. Your memo template, your report format, your house style, saved so everyone gets the same quality.
- ✓Trained people and an owner. Each team trained on its own redacted work, and one person inside who keeps it running.
Call Us If...
Nobody at your firm uses AI at work yet, and you want to start without a mess to clean up later.
People are pasting client or deal documents into personal accounts, and you want that replaced with something you control.
You bought Claude seats and three people use them.
Your owner, your board or an LP has asked for an AI plan, and you want a real one.
You run an RIA and keep hearing about Claude for Financial Advisors.
You run a company on QuickBooks and Microsoft 365 and want to know what Claude for Small Business would do for your finance team.
Other Places to Get Claude Help
We are one option. Each of these suits some firms better:
- Do it yourself. Anthropic's free Claude Academy courses and Help Center are good. This works when one person inside has protected hours to own it.
- Anthropic's partner directory. Anthropic lists consulting firms in its Claude Partner Network directory.
- A large consulting firm. Anthropic named KPMG a preferred partner for private equity in May 2026, and PwC, Deloitte and Accenture have Anthropic alliances too. They fit work that spans many companies or countries.
- Ode with Anthropic. An enterprise AI services firm introduced by Anthropic, Blackstone and Hellman & Friedman in July 2026, working with mid-sized companies.
How to tell them apart, by audience: private equity, private credit, family offices and RIAs.

Claude Consultant FAQ
What does a Claude consultant do?
A Claude consultant sets up Anthropic's Claude for your firm and teaches your people to use it on their own work. That means choosing the plan, setting the data and privacy settings before anyone logs in, connecting the places your documents live (read-only at first), building shared projects and skills in your house formats, training each team on its own redacted documents, and leaving one person inside who owns it. WorkWise Solutions does this at published fixed prices.
How much does a Claude consultant cost?
At WorkWise Solutions, a 90-minute Executive Briefing costs $7,500, the AI Readiness Sprint $12,500 for firms of up to 20 people, a Claude rollout for a fund $25,000 for 1 to 10 people up to $40,000 for 61 to 150, the Claude for Financial Advisors setup $10,000 or $20,000 for RIAs, and a team intensive $12,500. Claude licenses are separate and bought from Anthropic: Team costs $20 a seat a month billed annually. Market rates are compared in how much an AI consultant charges.
Do we need a Claude consultant, or can we set it up ourselves?
If someone inside already owns AI and has a few protected hours a week, start yourself: Anthropic's free Claude Academy courses and its Help Center cover the product well. Outside help earns its fee when nobody has that time, when client or deal data needs firm rules and settings in writing before anyone starts, or when several systems need connecting. A good consultant leaves you able to run it without them.
Can you help a firm that has never used AI?
Yes, and it is the easiest place to start, because there are no habits to unwind. The first step is usually the Executive Briefing for leadership or the AI Readiness Sprint, which picks the platform (Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft 365 Copilot or Gemini) and the first few jobs to hand over. Training then runs on your own documents, so nobody learns on made-up examples.
Do you set up Claude for portfolio companies and small businesses?
Yes. For a portfolio company, the Secure AI Adoption policy ($7,500) sets the rules for what goes into Claude, and a function training cohort ($6,500 for up to 12 people) trains the team on its own work, including companies that use Anthropic's Claude for Small Business. Across several companies, the Portfolio AI Program combines a diagnostic, the policy and a cohort from $25,000 a company.
Is the work done online?
Yes. Every session runs live online in your business hours, including UK and Irish hours, and setup work happens in your own Claude workspace alongside your administrators. Sessions are recorded for anyone pulled onto a deal.
