AI Diligence is priced per target: $15,000 at screening stage, $25,000 for confirmatory diligence. Post-close, the Portfolio-Company AI Assessment runs $15,000-$25,000 per company. Either way, you know the number before we start. No hourly billing, no scope surprises.

The Sprint fee credits in full toward any engagement of $25,000+ booked within 90 days. If the DD leads to post-acquisition work, you have already paid for the first phase.
