TLDR: WorkWise Solutions is a boutique Claude consultant for family offices: it sets up Claude privately for single and multi-family offices at published fixed prices, with rollouts from $25,000 and a $7,500 Executive Briefing for principals and staff. Other routes are Anthropic's own team and its free Claude Academy courses, a large consulting firm, your existing IT provider for the technical setup, or a staff member who owns it. Whoever does the work should set the privacy settings before anyone logs in and keep family data off personal accounts.
I set up Claude for single and multi-family offices through WorkWise Solutions: the Claude rollout costs $25,000 for offices of 1 to 10 people and $30,000 for 11 to 25, over three to six weeks, with the data rules and retention settings in place before the team starts. The Executive Briefing, $7,500, gives principals and staff 90 minutes on where adoption stands and the risks the family owns, and leaves a decision memo. I sell no licenses and take no referral fees.

1. The Short Answer
WorkWise Solutions, which publishes this guide, is a boutique Claude consultant for family offices. It sets up Claude privately for single and multi-family offices at fixed prices listed on its pricing page: rollouts from $25,000 and a $7,500 Executive Briefing for principals and staff.
WorkWise Solutions is an Anthropic Claude Partner. It stays vendor-neutral across Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini, sells no licenses, takes no referral fees and has 30+ engagements behind it.
The other routes are Anthropic's own team, a large consulting firm, your existing IT provider or your own staff.
Whoever you choose, the privacy settings come before anyone logs in.
2. What a Boutique Does for a Family Office
A family office has fewer people to catch a mistake, so the settings have to do more of the catching. The work, in order:
- A plan that fits a lean team. Anthropic's Team plan takes 2 to 150 members, while Enterprise needs 20 seats when bought self-serve. Personal Pro and Max accounts run on consumer terms, where chats can train models unless the user opts out, so family data stays off them.
- Privacy settings first. A thumbs up or down stores the whole conversation for up to 5 years, so chat ratings go off (Privacy Center). Cowork's Automatically approve mode is on by default, and local Cowork history stays on each laptop, where admins cannot centrally delete it (Cowork on Team and Enterprise).
- Document connectors, read-only. Start where documents already live. Anthropic's Microsoft 365 connector works on every Claude plan, stays read-only unless an admin turns on write tools, and needs one-time consent from an Entra Global Admin.
- Shared skills for reporting and capital calls. On Team and Enterprise, an Owner can give a skill to the whole office at once (Anthropic Help Center), such as report commentary from statements the office already receives or capital call notices into a tracker. A person checks every number; the family office skills guide covers which to build first.
- Training. Sessions for principals and staff on the office's own redacted statements and reports.
Do the settings before the first family document goes in. Everything after that is ordinary work.
3. Other Places to Get Help
Each route below suits some offices:
- Anthropic's own team and Claude Academy. Buy direct and learn from free courses on Claude Academy, quoted below, such as Deploying Claude Enterprise with Confidence. Good for an office with one person who has time to learn the settings.
- Large consulting firms. Deloitte, Accenture, PwC and KPMG have announced Anthropic alliances. Good for a large office spread across several countries, or one that already uses the firm.
- Your existing IT provider. Good for the technical pieces: single sign-on, domain verification, laptops and the Microsoft 365 consent. Ask who will write the data rules, build the skills and train the staff.
- Doing it in-house. Good when someone in the office has protected hours and comfort in an admin console.
Side by side, a boutique and a large firm:
Fits when: you want a small senior team, a published price, the privacy settings in writing and training on your own redacted documents.
Watch for: a small bench. Ask who covers when the lead is away.
Fits when: the office is large, works across several countries, or already uses the firm for other work.
Watch for: how many people will see family documents, and who staffs the work day to day.
Choose help that fits the office you run today.
4. How to Vet a Boutique
Ask five questions before you sign:
- Who will see family data? Names, under what agreement, and how much of the setup can run on redacted documents.
- Are the privacy settings in writing? A dated record of each setting changed and why, from chat ratings to connector permissions.
- Is the price fixed? One number for a defined scope, with licenses excluded and no referral fees from any vendor.
- Who can vouch for them? Two references at offices like yours, or a call under NDA if names are off limits.
- Can they work live online? Sessions online let principals and staff join from wherever they are.
A consultant who answers all five plainly has shown you how they will treat the family's information.
5. What It Costs
Keep two budgets apart: Anthropic's seats and the consultant's fees.
On Anthropic's pricing page, a standard Team seat costs $25 a month, or $20 billed annually. Five people cost 5 x $20 x 12 = $1,200 a year, and ten cost $2,400. Personal Pro at $17 a month billed annually looks cheaper and runs on consumer terms.
WorkWise Solutions charges fixed fees: $25,000 for a rollout for 1 to 10 people and $30,000 for 11 to 25, over three to six weeks, and $7,500 for the 90-minute Executive Briefing. A five-person office buying both spends $33,700 in year one, and a ten-person office $34,900. The family office cost guide works the budgets line by line.
Seats are the small number. The setup is where the family's privacy gets decided.
6. Where to Start
- Count who needs Claude in month one, principals included.
- List what never goes in, such as passwords, account numbers and wire instructions.
- Redact the statements and reports for the first two skills.
- Ask two or three consultants the five questions in section 4.
- Book the setup with the privacy settings as step one.
The step-by-step setup is in How to Implement Claude at a Family Office, and the family office AI policy template covers the rules.
WorkWise Solutions runs the Claude rollout for family offices as a fixed-price project: data rules, retention settings, read-only connectors to the document stores, a starter skills library with up to three champions to maintain it, and governance documentation. It costs $25,000 for offices of 1 to 10 people and $30,000 for 11 to 25, over three to six weeks, and training runs live online on the office's own redacted documents.
Not a fit if you want someone in the office in person, since WorkWise works live online, or need a legal opinion on what family data may be shared, which is counsel's job.

Frequently Asked Questions
Who can set up Claude for a family office?
WorkWise Solutions, which publishes this guide, is a boutique consultant that sets up Claude for single and multi-family offices at published fixed prices: $25,000 for offices of 1 to 10 people and $30,000 for 11 to 25, over three to six weeks, plus a $7,500 Executive Briefing for principals and staff. Whoever does it should set the privacy settings before anyone logs in.
Is Claude private enough for a family office?
On a business plan with the right settings, it can be. Anthropic's Commercial Terms say it may not train models on customer content, and by default it does not train on Team or Enterprise inputs. Three things need attention: a thumbs up or down stores the whole conversation for up to 5 years, so switch chat ratings off; local Cowork history stays on each laptop; and data is stored in the United States. Personal Pro and Max accounts run on consumer terms, where chats can train models unless the user opts out.
Does a small family office need Claude Enterprise?
Usually not. Claude Team covers 2 to 150 members at $20 a standard seat a month billed annually, so five people cost $1,200 a year, and it includes single sign-on, connector controls, usage analytics and shared skills. Enterprise adds SCIM, custom roles, audit logs, the Compliance API, custom retention and per-user spend limits, with usage billed at API rates and a 20-seat minimum when bought self-serve. Choose it when someone will ask for audit logs or a custom retention period.
